This pasta recipie is easy to prepare and sure to delight your tastebuds! Alfredo sauce is one of the most
recognized sauces in Italy and with a twist of fusilli pasta combined, you are sure to enjoy this side dish!
Ingredients:
12 ounces fettuccini
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup Romano cheese
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Fresh black pepper
Procedure:
- Cook the Fusilli as directed on package omitting the salt.
- Drain the Fusilli.
- Melt the butter.
- Blend ricotta cheese, yogurt, romano cheese, and melted butter in a blender.
- Add blended mixture to drained fusilli and toss to coat.
- Add black pepper for extra flavor.
- Sprinkle your favorite cheese on top and serve.
