Fusilli Pasta in Alfredo Sauce

This pasta recipie is easy to prepare and sure to delight your tastebuds! Alfredo sauce is one of the most recognized sauces in Italy and with a twist of fusilli pasta combined, you are sure to enjoy this side dish!

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces fettuccini

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Romano cheese

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • Fresh black pepper
  • Procedure:

    1. Cook the Fusilli as directed on package omitting the salt.
    2. Drain the Fusilli.
    3. Melt the butter.
    4. Blend ricotta cheese, yogurt, romano cheese, and melted butter in a blender.
    5. Add blended mixture to drained fusilli and toss to coat.
    6. Add black pepper for extra flavor.
    7. Sprinkle your favorite cheese on top and serve.
